New entry system for the 2014 Grizzly

Friday, August 23rd, 2013

A reminder that the new lottery system for entries to the iconic 2014 Grizzly race on Sunday March 9th will
close next Sunday (September 1st).
With Dave Thomas replacing Garry Perratt as race director the Axe Valley Runners decided following extensive
feedback from runners that it would be fairer to everyone to instigate a lottery approach - like the London Marathon for example - rather than the first come, first served policy of the past which last year saw the limit reached
within an hour of opening.
